FEATURED: Power Rangers Dino Charge at MCM London Comic Con

It's been a few months since Power Rangers Dino Charge landed in the US (in fact the show has come and gone for the time being as that long and painful hiatus kicks in), but over here in the UK we're still patiently waiting for the latest Power Rangers instalment to launch. That time however is almost upon us and Bandai UK will be kicking things off in style at the London MCM Comic Con this coming weekend (22nd-24th May), which will be taking place at the Excel Centre at the Royal Victoria Dock. If you're heading down to the event, read on to find out some the great offers and previews they'll have down at the show all weekend.

Power Rangers Dino Charge is set to debut on Pop! (the home to Power Rangers series both old and new) in August, but the first episode will be having it's UK premiere at MCM. So if you've been patiently waiting for the show to hit UK television screens, here's your first chance to check it out. And take it from me, that first episode is one hell of a debut. In addition, the (costumed) Red and Blue Dino Charge Rangers will be hanging around the Bandai booth for photo ops.

On the toy side of things, the Bandai UK booth will also have both the Dino Charge Megazord and Dino Charge Morpher available - once again ahead of their official UK street date so it's a great opportunity to grab them early if you haven't bit the bullet on importing them. For those looking for something a bit more classic, the event will also be the first chance UKers will have to pick up the Legacy Collection Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie figures. The first proper Movie figures there's ever been (better late than never I suppose!), Bandai will have all seven of them available (All six Rangers and Ivan Ooze) for £15 each. If you're planning to pick up the whole lot, they're also running a "Buy all six Rangers and get Ivan Ooze for free" offer. Finally every purchase will also come with a free comic-con t-shirt.

And to top things off, Bandai will holding a competition to win the "ultimate" Power Rangers bundle, with the prizes including a bunch of Legacy Collection items (figures, zords and role-play items) as well as the Shout Factory! Region one Legacy Collection DVD Boxset. This features the first 20 seasons of Power Rangers (so that's Mighty Morphin through to Megaforce) in a spiffy Red Ranger helmet display case. This set was limited edition and rather costly to get imported to the UK, so it makes a pretty great giveaway prize.

That about covers everything, so if you're heading down to the London MCM Comic Con be sure to stop off at stand 2541 for all your Power Rangers goods!
